Key Specifications/ Special Features:
Guardrail post, as a holder of highway guardrails, generally determines the barrier's performance during collisions. The guardrail posts we supply are well designed and made of high-quality steel, such as Q235, Q345, and Q255 or depending on your needs. Additionally, it features a long service life due to its anti-rust and corrosion-resistant characteristics.
Sigma post is commonly used abroad, it is composed of steel strip cold rolling forming, due to the shape like the Greek letter "Σ", the so called sigma post.Sigma psot than U /C post, material ductility is stronger, the support area is larger, higher strength, it is mainly connected with special-shaped block, have the effect of holding the guardrail components, to prevent the vehicles and pedestrians out, it is suitable for the relatively narrow roads or corner, can effectively ensure the safety of the pedestrians and vehicles on the road, to prevent accidents.
Sigma post is generally made of Q235B or Q345B strip steel hot-rolled and formed. The process is relatively simple, the cost is lower, and the maintenance is convenient in the later period. The surface is hot-dip galvanized, with strong anti-corrosion ability, cold and hot weather resistance, long life and great strength.

Product Specification: W-Beam/Threi Beam:
W -Beam /Threi Beam Metal Crash Barrier single side/Double Side Guard rail comprising of 3 mm (and also Customized) cold rolled section having minimum yield strength 2400 kg /sqcm having width of 312 /510 mm and depth of corrugation as 83 mm with hot dip galvanized of zinc coating@ 550 g/sqm having total length 4.318 M (effective length 4M) and also customized, generally as per MORTH specification.
Post & Spacer Channel:
The Post/Spacer channel made of cold rolled section having minimum yield strength 2400 kg /sqcm. The post/Spacer will be hot dip galvanized of zinc coating@ 550g/sqm having size of 150mm x75mm x 5mm thick(and customized) x Length as per the drawing approved by project consultant .
